Kindergarten:

The following is a wish list of supplies each student is asked to donate and BRING TO YOUR PRE-ASSESSMENT:

1.  A voluntary 12.00 donation - This will be spent on various activities throughout the year

2.  A backpack - no wheels, big enough to fit a folder inside (be sure your child can open by themselves)

3.  6 glue sticks - no jumbo or purple glue sticks

4.  1 box of crayons (16 or 24 count) - no neon or jumbo crayons

5.  1 package of antibacterial wipes or 1 roll of paper towels to class

6.  A bag of pretzels or a box of crackers for snack for the class

1st Grade

Most first grade teachers purchase the supplies their students will be using.  The following is a list of a few items we are in constant need of and which get used quickly throughout the year.  If you wish to help, please purchase and donate these following items:

- Sandwich Ziploc Bags

- Gallon Ziploc Bags

- Quart Ziploc Bags

- Dry Erase markers

- Glue sticks

For Ms. Christensen's 1st grade class

Please label each item with your child's name (except pencils) and send them with your child on the first day of school.

2nd Grade

2nd grade will be providing most of the needed supplies for our students.  The following is a list of things we use on a regular basis.  If you would like to contribute any of the following items it would ge greatly appreciated.

3rd Grade

4th Grade

As 4th grade teachers, we have found that it works best for us to puchase the folders and notebooks that will be used in the classroom.  This helps the students and the teachers with our management, organization, and allows us to have everything ready for the first day of school. 

Instead of you purchasing folders and notebooks for the upcoming year, we'd like to ask that you donate that money to the class.  The donation price we are asking for is 15.00.  If this isn't possible for you at this time we understand.  Every child will still be supplied with everthing they will need throughout the school year.

5th Grade

The following is a list of School Supplies for 5th grade students:

Colored pencils

#2 Pencils

Glue sticks (2)

Sticky/Post-it notes (any size or color) 2 pads

Kleenex (1 box)

Scissors

1 ream college lined fill paper

1 inch binder with pockets

1/2 inch binder with pockets

1 package of 5 tab dividers

Dry Erase Markers

OPTIONAL (But not required)

Small, hand-held pencil sharpener with receptacle to hold shavings (not electric or battery operated)

Permanent black marker

6th Grade

PTA Emergency Student Pack:

We are asking that each child at Fox Hollow have their own emergency pack.  These emergency packs are for your child to use and will be returned to you at the end of year if they are not needed.  Emergency situations can be stressful for children as they may be seperated from family or under abnormal conditions.  We want to make sure that all students at Fox Hollow are prepared in the event of an emergency.

Please provide the following items for each of your students at Fox Hollow:

1 Granola Bar type item

1 Fruit Snack type item

1 Cracker type item (snack size)

1 Bottle of water

In addition to these items, we suggest that you include a short note and family picture in your child's pack to help comfort them.

Items should be placed in a one gallon size Ziploc bag and labeled with your students name and teacher.  We ask that you stick closely to the items requested, allowing only for allergy needs or flavor preferences, so that each child will have a pack comparable to that of the other children.  Please turn the pack to your child's classroom as soon as possible.  If you would like to donate extra packs to your child's classroom for students who may have difficulty gathering these items that would be appreciated.  Ask your child's teacher about classroom needs.
