Goals: (SIP/grade level) Thirty percent of the students currently reading below grade level (according to the Spring 2008 DRA) will progress to grade level on the Spring 2009 DRA.

Thirty percent of Tier 2 students (scoring a level 2 on the Spring 2008 CRT) will progress to level three or four in Language Arts on the Spring 2009 CRT.
