Please Do Not schedule an item twice in succession. It causes problems with the printed delivery pick list. If you need an item longer than generally allowed, call the Alpine Instructional Media Center (AIMC) at 717-4754 for help in extending a reservation period.

Principal's Authorization procedures for VTR's and DVR's. Any video or DVD with a call number containing "VTR" or "DVR" will not be sent out unless the "Motion Picture Request " form is received at the Alpine Instructional Media Center (AIMC) prior to the delivery date. The "Motion Picture Request " form can be found on line or obtained from your principal or school librarian. This form can be faxed to 796-3110 or sent through district mail to the AIMC.

Items can be reserved up to two months in advance. When you try to make a reservation beyond the two month limit, the computer automatically assigns it to July 27, 2018. You will need to call the Alpine Instructional Media Center (AIMC) to straighten this out.
Place reservations far enough in advance so you can be assured that items are available when you need them. However, do not place reservations until your curriculum plans are set and you know the dates you want to use the item(s) you place on reserve.
Deliveries are made to all schools daily (Monday through Friday).
NOTE: Do not begin reservations on NON-DELIVERY DAYS (e.g. weekends and vacation days).
Deliveries are made during AFTERNOON HOURS. Make certain you have the item arrive the DAY BEFORE you plan to use it in the classroom.
Make reservations no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day prior to the delivery date. Reservations made after that will not be printed on the Delivery Pick List which is used to pull and bag items for each school's delivery. Items not printed cannot be pulled/delivered.
Sculptures and some larger pieces of equipment will not be delivered through the regular delivery service. These items must be picked up from the District Media Center personally.
If reserved items have NOT BEEN RETURNED by the previous patron, they cannot be delivered on your requested delivery date. To avoid this, it is very important that everyone return items on or before the due date.
If you do not receive reserved item(s) on the scheduled delivery date, please call the District Media Center for help (717-4754).
Using your patron ID and Password, you can check the status of all items listed under your name. If you cannot remember your ID/Password, call the District Media Center and ask for help.
If you miss the reservation deadline for next-day delivery, you may call the District Media Center and make arrangements to pick the item up yourself.

NOTE: If you logged onto the catalog, be sure to LOG OFF before leaving. A LOG OFF confirmation screen will appear (This prevents persons after you gaining access to your account.)
